Casa madre dei Benedettini Olivetani, l'Abbazia consta di un complesso di edifici dei secoli XIV-XVIII tra cui la chiesa abbaziale ed il monastero, nel cui chiostro grande è possibile ammirare una serie di affreschi del Signorelli e del Sodoma raffiguranti la vita di San Benedetto.
